1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Laptop Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Laptop Tracker provides a web-based platform to:

• Track the approximate location of lost/stolen laptops via IP address.
• Store device information (Brand, Model, Serial Number).
• Manage subscription billing.
• Provide an auto-checkin script for location updates.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
• We reserve the right to disable accounts if we believe there has been a violation.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed at KSH 2,500 every 4 months.
• Payments are processed securely via M-Pesa.
• Refunds are not provided once a subscription is activated, as service access is immediate.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate tracking data, Laptop Tracker does not guarantee the recovery of stolen devices. IP-based tracking provides approximate locations only and may not be precise.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to:

• Track anyone without their consent.
• Upload false information about stolen devices.
• Attempt to bypass security or payment walls.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
