- We use IP-based location tracking, which is approximate (city-level accuracy)
- Your data is stored securely on our servers
- We never share your personal information with third parties
- You can delete your account and all data at any time
📍 Tracking Accuracy
- Location is based on IP address, not GPS
- Accuracy: City/Town level (1-5 km radius)
- For best results, keep the auto-tracker running
- Tracking only works when laptop is connected to internet
💳 Subscription & Payments
- 21-day FREE trial for all new users
- After trial: KSH 2,500 for 4 months
- Payments via M-Pesa (Paybill coming soon)
- No refunds after subscription activation
- Auto-renewal NOT enabled (manual renewal)
🚨 Stolen Laptop Recovery
- Mark laptop as "Stolen" immediately if lost
- We'll notify our admin team automatically
- Location data can be shared with police if needed
- We cannot guarantee recovery, but we'll do our best
- Serial number will be added to stolen database
📱 Auto-Tracker Setup
- Download tracker.html for automatic location updates
- Keep browser tab open (can be minimized)
- Auto-checks in every 5 minutes
- Low battery impact (~1-2% per hour)
